- ‐ Animals are shipped by UPS Overnight to your door.
- - Live arrival is guaranteed under satisfactory conditions on all reptiles.
- ‐ DOA claims must be made within 4 hours. Photographic evidence
may be required.
- ‐ We do not guarantee live arrival on door‐to‐door shipments during
extreme temperatures [under 40 or over 90 degrees Fahrenheit].
- -We are not responsible for carrier negligence which leads to a delay.
- - Payment plans will be accepted on Protean Terrariums with a 50%
non-refundable deposit. Balance is to be paid within 30 days. If
balance is not paid within 30 days, 50% deposit and all additional
monies are forfeit. Tanks will not be built until payment in full has
been received.
- - Payment plans or prior arrangements are not confirmed until you
receive an email detailing the transaction.
- - Tanks will be shipped up to two weeks after receipt of payment.
- - Tanks are shipped UPS Ground or Common Carrier.
- ‐ There is a $10-$25 Packaging and Handling charge added to all cage
shipments and a $150 flat rate crating charge on all cages needing to
be shipped on a pallet.
- - All crated orders are to be inspected before leaving the terminal or
before the driver leaves. Claims will not be accepted, if a claim has not
been first filed with the carrier first.
- - Shipping is non refundable. If a refund or replacement of animal or
product is deemed due to you, then appropriate arrangements will be
made. Shipping charge will be due on all replacement orders sent.
- - No cash refunds. Refund issued in credit only.
- - ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- - Your order is a legally binding contract. By placing your order you
acknowledge that you have read, fully understand, and agree to our
terms and conditions of sale. You also acknowledge that you are
responsible for knowing your local and state laws for the animals you
are ordering. We are not responsible for customers that ignore our
terms and conditions. All sales are final.
